The Hotspot of the Week is the Incredible Café in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, CA, from the Food Network’s Restaurant: Impossible.
The Incredible Café has been family-owned and serving hot food and generous portions for over 25 years now. Formerly known as The Incredible Egg, its not surprising that they have changed their name, because they are incredible.
The menu has a wide variety of items to choose from. My friend and I enjoyed their avocado toast and I had banana crepes with breakfast sides. (It was brunch, after all.)
Rancho Bernardo locals have been buzzing about this hotspot recently. The Incredible Café had a very public makeover on Food Network’s popular Restaurant: Impossible. It was fun to see loyal customers and community members come and lend a helping hand during the renovations. The new open floor plan, bright colors, and updated patio seating are cheerful and inviting.
